Almost all our cigars are purchased directly from La Casa Del Habano stores across the world, starting with Cuba, Lebanon, South America and Europe.

Best humidors

We use Spanish Cedar humidors to store our cigars. Temperature is set to 21 degree C and humidity is 70% throughout the year.

Unbeatable prices

Our prices are unbeatable in Australia. Our profit margin on all cigars is around 5% (except Romeo y Julieta product range ~ 2%).

Being a small cigar business has its great advantages. We can maintain a 5% profit while ensuring the durability of our business.

45 minute delivery

If you live within 4km radius of our Greystanes warehouse and you place your order online between 9am and 4pm, you will receive your cigars within 45 minutes. Otherwise next business day via Australia POST express.

Refunds


Ubercigar Delivery (we, us or our) is bound by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to provide refunds in certain circumstances. This policy sets out our obligations.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- is not fit for consumption.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for part of the value of the item.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

To obtain a refund please return to the restaurant you purchased the goods from with your proof of purchase and explain the basis of your refund request. Following approval by the restaurant the agree amount will be refunded to you in cash or as a refund onto your credit card subject to the payment method used in the original transaction.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt as this provide details of the items purchased and also the name and location of the restaurant.
