Is delivery Australia Wide?
Yes. We use Australia Post Express for all parcels. All orders will be shipped express post within 1 business day.
When should I expect delivery?
Usually the next business day, but that is not always the case.
Can I pick up?
If your order total is more than $200, the option to pick up from our showroom at Greystanes is available at checkout.
Is it a walk-in showroom?
No. Although you can pick up your order from our Greystanes showroom, you cannot walk in and browse our cigars (government restrictions).
How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery on all orders above $200. Otherwise, it's a set $8 delivery fee for express post.
