Is delivery Australia Wide?
Yes. We use Australia Post Express for all parcels. Orders sent before 10.30am (Monday to Friday) are sent the same day for express delivery.
When should I expect delivery?
If you send your order before 10.30am (Monday to Friday), in most cases, you receive it the next business day. We send all parcels Express.
Can I pick up?
If your order total is more than $200, the option to pick up from our showroom at North Rocks (or Greystanes after 6pm) is available at checkout.
Is it a walk-in showroom?
No. Although you can pick up your order from our North Rocks showroom, you cannot walk in and browse our cigars (government restrictions).
How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery on all orders above $150. Otherwise, it's a set $8 delivery fee for express post.
