Collection of Information:
In order to use the Übercigar Delivery App, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence from the Übercigar Delivery App and Email may be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts.
Use of Collection Information:
Any details collected from Übercigar Delivery customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personalised identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
We reserve the right to disclose your personalised identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our App.
Übercigar Delivery (we, us or our) is bound by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to provide refunds in certain circumstances. This policy sets out our obligations.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- is not fit for consumption.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for part of the value of the item.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
To obtain a refund please return to the restaurant you purchased the goods from with your proof of purchase and explain the basis of your refund request. Following approval by the restaurant the agree amount will be refunded to you in cash or as a refund onto your credit card subject to the payment method used in the original transaction.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt as this provide details of the items purchased and also the name and location of the restaurant.
